Terms of Use
Last updated: May 22, 2026
1. Introduction
Outspoken ("we", "our", or "us") is operated by Weaby. These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of our website and wake word model training service at outspoken.cloud. By creating an account or using our service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
2. Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Each person may hold only one account. If we detect misuse or duplicate accounts, we may suspend or terminate them.
3. Service
Outspoken provides a platform for training custom wake word detection models. You submit a wake word and training parameters, and we generate a trained model (ONNX and/or TFLite format) that you can download. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time.
4. Model Ownership & Use
You retain ownership of the wake words, prompts, and other original content you submit. Outspoken grants you usage rights to the trained model files according to these terms and any separate deployment license you purchase. Standard credit packs include model training, personal use, hobby use, non-commercial use, and prototype or internal evaluation use.
Commercial, multi-device, venue, fleet, resale, customer-site, or production deployment requires a separate written deployment license from Outspoken. Buying model credits does not by itself grant rights for commercial fleet deployment.
You may not resell, sublicense, or redistribute the model files themselves — for example, offering them for download, bundling them in a dataset, or reselling them as standalone assets. The models are licensed for your own approved use in your own projects only.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the underlying training pipeline or infrastructure
- Abuse the service by submitting excessive or automated requests beyond normal use
- Interfere with or disrupt the service or its infrastructure
6. Limitation of Liability
The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that training will produce a model that meets your specific accuracy or performance requirements.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from your use of the service is limited to the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
7. Changes & Contact
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting a notice on our website. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
If you have questions about these Terms, contact us at info@weaby.nl.
