Outspoken ("we", "our", or "us") is operated by Weaby. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information when you use our website and wake word model training service at outspoken.cloud.

2. Information We Collect

Account information

When you sign up via GitHub or Google OAuth, we receive your email address and basic profile information from the authentication provider. We do not receive or store your passwords.

Training data

When you submit a wake word for training, we store the wake word text and your chosen training parameters. The generated audio samples and trained models (ONNX and TFLite files) are stored on our servers until you delete them.

Usage data

We collect basic analytics data such as page views and feature usage through Google Analytics. This data is anonymized and used to improve our service.

• To train custom wake word models based on your submissions
• To store and deliver your trained models for download
• To process payments and manage credits

4. Data Storage and Processing

Your account data is stored in a PostgreSQL database hosted by Supabase. Trained model files are stored in Supabase Storage. Model training runs on GPU infrastructure provided by Modal.com. Audio samples generated during training are temporary and not retained after the training process completes.

We use the following third-party services:

• Supabase — Authentication, database, and file storage
• Modal.com — GPU compute for model training
• Google Analytics — Anonymous usage analytics
• Stripe — Payment processing
• GitHub / Google — OAuth authentication providers

Each of these services has their own privacy policy governing how they handle your data.

6. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We only share data with the third-party services listed above to the extent necessary to provide our service. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights.

Your account data is retained as long as your account is active. Trained models are stored until you delete them or close your account. If you delete your account, we will remove your personal data and trained models within 30 days.

9. Cookies

We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. Google Analytics may set additional cookies for usage tracking. You can control cookie preferences through your browser settings.

We take reasonable measures to protect your data, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), secure authentication via OAuth, and access controls on our infrastructure. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.
